Lois Faye Stanley

Lois Faye Stanley, 94 of Jefferson Twp., Perryopolis, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 9, 2018 at home surrounded by her family.

She was born December 22, 1923 in Jefferson Twp., PA, daughter of Harris Masten and Mabel Croushoure Masten.

Lois was a member of the Little Redstone Methodist Church, Fayette City, where she was active in church all of her life. She was a girl scout leader in the 1950's and 1960's. Lois and her husband Clarence operated the Perryopolis Food bank for 14 years.  

She is survived  by her  four children; daughter, Janet Martin of Harleysville, Pa., daughter, Sandra Sager of Williamsburg, VA, son, Mark Stanley and wife Cindy of Ashburn, VA and son, Robert Stanley and wife Barbara of Jefferson Twp. Perryopolis,Pa., 7 grandchildren; Dawn Farrell, Benji Sager,Erin Gourn, Levi Stanley, Jessica Stanley,Jimmy Stanley and Paige Stanley; 6 great-grandchildren; Emma & Nathan Sager,Brett & Hunter Farrell, Noah & MaKenna Gourn.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clarence H Stanley on May 9, 2000; two brothers Paul and Harry Masten and two sisters, Peg Hess and Helen Bennett.

Friends will be received Monday, March 12, 2018 from 2  to 4 & 6 to 8 pm in the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home, Fayette City, PA. 724-326-5621,www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 13, 2018 in the Little Redstone Methodist Church at 11:00 am with Pastor Robert Rabenstein officiating.

Interment will follow in the Little Redstone Methodist Cemetery, Fayette City, PA 15438.
