Alan Olszewski 67, of Aronld City passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday November 8, 2023. He was born January 1, 1956 in Charleroi pa to the late Frank "Fink" and Elizabeth "Betty" Olszewski. Alan Olszewski was legendary of being the Ice Cream Man of Big Al's Cool Ice Cream. Alan served in the United States Marine Corps, after Honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps. Alan worked at Mon Valley towing, in which he was a deckhand. Alan had an eye for sports photography. A special Thank you to Aubrey, Terry, Reagan, Crystal, and the staff of Anova hospice care.
He is survived by his wife, Jodie of 34 wonderful years. He was a proud father of Our four children, Alan jr (Mandy) Olszewski of Greensburg, Aaron (Jessy) Olszewski of Belle Vernon, Sarah (Sean) O'Brien of Monongahela, and Lambert Olszewski of Belle Vernon. He has had several proud and joyful moments in his life. The one that he was most proudest of was being called a Pap pap by three beautiful granddaughters, Cali, Paisley Olszewski and Maria O'Brien whom which were his pride and joy. Brother to Charles "Chuckie" (Kathy) of Mount Pleasant, brother-in-law to Kathy Olszewski Carmichaels. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, Alan was preceded in death by his 2 brothers. Frank "Butch" and Edmond "Ed" Olszewski, Two grandchildren Sean David and Jacqueline Carla O'Brien.
