She was born September 4, 1983 in Uniontown, PA, daughter of Joseph Smith Sr. and Jamie Trozzo who both survive.

She is survived by her father, Joseph Smith, Sr., mother, Jamie Trozzo, daughter, Breawna Harden, son, Kurtis Harden, Jr., brother, Joseph Smith, Jr., sister, Cynthia Smith, grandson, Kai Forman, niece, Dakota Smith, nephew, Shae Smith.
