Ashley Marie Eley

Ashley Marie Eley, 25 of Fayette City, Pa. passed away peacefully on Friday, October 10, 2025 surrounded by her family in Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh.

She was born April 20, 2000 in Monroeville, Pa. the daughter of James M Eley and Sherri Piergrossi Eley.

She was a 2018 BVA graduate and also graduated from LBI in Uniontown as a Phlebotomist.  She was employed by Preferred Primary Care Physicians, Inc. in Uniontown, Pa.  She was a member of the Fayette City Volunteer Fire Co holding the office of Second Lieutenant, member of the Fayette County Firefighters Association, Western Pa. Firefighters Association and the Southwestern Pa Chiefs and Assistant Chiefs Association.  Ashley enjoyed going to the casino and hunting. 

She is survived by her parents James M and Sherri Piergrossi Eley , Grandfather James Piergrossi of Fayette City, Aunt Janet Maher and husband Michael of Herbeson, DE., Aunt Debbie Parshall and husband Kelly of Belle Vernon, Uncle James Piergrossi and wife Tori of Kingsville, MD, Cousin Katherine O. Maher of Atlanta, Cousin Bailey K. Parshall and fiancé Jake Murawski of Pittsburgh, her boyfriend Dylan Ditmore of Hopwood, and her two faithful companions Buster and Gunner.   Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. 

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents E. James Eley, Jr. & Linda Lynch Eley and maternal grandmother Sharon Jackson Piergrossi.

Family and friends will be received Monday, October 13, 2025 from 6-8 pm and Tuesday, October 14, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm in the Eley/McCrory Funeral Home, Inc. www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 10:00 am in the funeral home with Rev. Wayne Boring officiating.

Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery, Belle Vernon, Pa.

Firefighters memorial service will be held Tuesday evening  at 7 pm in the funeral home.
