Barbara Vargo, 82 of Perryopolis, PA, passed away peacefully Friday, October 2, 2015 in her residence.
She was born December 2, 1932 in Fayette City, PA, daughter of the late Michael Adams and the late Anna Puskar Adams. Barb was a member ot St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, Perryopolis, Pa.
She is survived by her son, Thomas Vargo of Perryopolis, Pa.; daughter, Lori Luce Wherry of Perryopolis, Pa.;, two brothers, John Adams and wife Rose of Perry Twp., and Ron Adams of Ohio; five grandchildren, Toni Vargo, Thomas Vargo, III, Samuel Vargo, Jeffrey Luce and Michael Luce.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Thomas L. Vargo on September 9, 2002.
Friends will be received Sunday, October 4, 2015, from 2-4 and 6 to 8 pm in the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home,Inc., 334 Main St., Fayette City, PA. 724-326-5621,www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com. Blessing Service will be held Monday, October 5, 2015 at 10:00 am in the funeral home with Rev. Fr. Anthony Ditto officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery, Belle Vernon, PA.
