Bertha B (Barch) Bilski

Bertha B. Bilski, 91 of Arnold City, Belle Vernon, PA, passed away, Tuesday, September 8, 2015 in Country Care Manor, Fayette City, Pa., surrounded by her family.

She was born October 23, 1923 in Monessen, Pa. , a daughter of the late Dominick Barch and the late Eleanor Szeszen Barch. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Catholic Church, Monessen, Pa.

She is survived her children; daughter, Cookie Dando and husband Richard of Newell, Pa, son, Ronald Skira and wife Beverly of Arnold City, daughter, Dee Dee Bilski, daughter, Donna Bilski both of Arnold City; four granddaughters, Michelle Skira, Lisa Pollock, Chasity Girvin, Christy Broadwater and 10 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Michael Skira, second husband Joseph L. Bilski, Jr.; daughter, Marie Bilski, two brothers, Walter and Joseph Barch; sister, Sophie Latta.

Friends will be received Wednesday, September 9, 2015, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm both Wednesday and Thursday in the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home,Inc., 334 Main St., Fayette City, PA. 724-326-5621,www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com. Blessing Service will be held Friday, September 11, 2015 at 9:30 am in the funeral home followed by a funeral mass at 10 am in Epiphany of Our Lord Church, Monessen, Pa. with Rev. Fr. Michael J. Crookston as celebrant. Interment will follow in the St. Mary's Cemetery, Belle Vernon, PA . The family would like to thank the staff at Country Care Manor for their compassionate care.
