Blanche L Kuharic, 91 of Allenport, PA, passed away, Thursday, September 4, 2014 in Flo's Personal Care Home, Elco,Pa.
She was born April 23, 1923 in Allenport, PA, daughter of the late Robert Livingstone and the late Blanche Carson Livingstone. She was a member of the Roscoe United Methodist Church and was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel, Allenport Plant, where she worked as a clerk in the store room. Blanche enjoyed picking up her neighbors mail and delivering it to them and also enjoyed going to eat lunch at Rego's Restaurant in Charleroi,Pa.
She is survived by her daughter, Patty Kuharic of New York City, niece Michelle Danko of Clarion,Pa. and her children Anthony and Michael and also by a nephew Brendan Lapore of Upper St. Clair.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl W Kuharic; two brothers Robert and Harold Livingstone and a sister Shirley Lepore.
Friends will be received Sunday, September 7, 2014 from 2 to 6 pm in the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home,Inc., 334 Main St., Fayette City, PA.724-326-5621,www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com. Funeral
services will be held Monday, September 8, 2014 at 10:00 am in the funeral home with Pastor Sandy Conti officiating. Interment will follow in the Maple Creek Cemetery, Fallowfield Twp., Pa.
