Brenda L (Adams) Lester

Brenda L Lester, 57 of Jefferson Twp., Fayette City, PA, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015 in Jefferson Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born June 27, 1957 in Connellsville, PA, daughter of Joann Hillen Adams who survives from Star Junction, Pa.

Brenda was a member of the Little Redstone Presbyterian Church, Fayette City, and the Perryopolis Travel Club. Brenda loved to travel and also make ceramics as her hobby. Brenda was the owner of Brenda's Beauty Shop which she ran out of her residence. Brenda was a proud US Army veteran.

She is survived by her mother, Joann Adams of Star Junction; three sons: David Lester and Michael Lester both of Star Junction, Pa., and Timothy Lester and wife Elizabeth of Arnold City, Pa.; six grandchildren: Ethan, Mikayla, Joshua, Adam, Kimberly, and Nicholas; brother, Raymond Adams and wife Chelle of Point Marion, Pa., brother, Ricky Adams and wife Karen of Star Junction, Pa., brother, Mike Adams and wife Deanna of Dawson, Pa., sister, Linda (Pebbles) Adams Lint and fiancé Rob Means of Uniontown, Pa., sister, Melissa (Missy) Clingan and husband Doug of Star Junction, Pa; sister-in-law, Thelma Sveda of Jefferson Twp.;, two brother and sister-in-law's, Clifford Lester and wife Connie of New Eagle, Pa., and William Lester and wife Sylvia of Brownsville, Pa. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by husband, Harold E. Lester on April 7, 2015; brother, Jeff Adams, brother and sister-in-law, Frank A. and Kay Lester, and brother-in-law, Mike Sveda.

Family and Friends will be received Tuesday, April 14, 2015, from 7 to 9 pm and Wednesday, April 15, 2015, from 1 to 8 pm in the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home, Inc., 334 Main St., Fayette City, PA. 724-326-5621, www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com where Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 1:30 pm. Rev. Michael Shepard will officiate. Interment will follow in West Bend Cemetery, East Millsboro, Pa. Full Military graveside rites will be accorded by Hopwood Amvet Post # 103.
