Cecilia Jean Neff McGinn, 85 of Donora, PA, passed away peacefully Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Kenric Manor, Donora, Pa. with her loving son at her side.
She was born January 21, 1931 in Gillespie, Washington Twp., PA, a daughter of Charles Neff and Julia Mayerchak Neff. Cecilia was protestant by faith.
She is survived by her beloved and loving son, Richard McGinn of Fallowfield Twp.; brother, Charles Neff, sister, Gladys Behanna; two sister-in-law's, Beatrice Neff and Carol Neff; niece, Cheryl Christine Falappi and her husband William and great-nephew, Mickey Falappi.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Owen McGinn, Jr., on February 4, 1989; sister, Norma Ann Martin and brother, Ronald Neff.
Friends will be received Tuesday, September 13, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm in the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home, Inc., 334 Main St., Fayette City, PA. 724-326-5621, www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com. Committal Services will be held in the Chapel of Sacred Heart Cemetery, September 14, 2016 at 11:00 am.
