David E Wilkinson, 59 of Belle Vernon, PA., passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2014 in his residence surrounded by his loving family.
He was born August 29, 1954 in North Charleroi, PA, son of Ruth Gash Wilkinson who survives. He was a member of the Washington Twp. Volunteer Fire Co., Belle Vernon Athletic Club, Belle Vernon Moose Lodge and the Pricedale Hungarian Club.
He is survived by his mother, Ruth Gash Wilkinson of Belle Vernon; three sons, David B Wilkinson, Jason J Hewitt and Justin M Wilkinson all of Belle Vernon; two sisters, Debra M Hammitt and Tina J Lint both of Belle Vernon; four grandchildren, Jade M Wilkinson, Hailey Wilkinson, Raina E Wilkinso and Justin (Bubba) Wilkinson; three great-grandchildren; two nieces and one nephew.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Russell and Martha Wilkinson; maternal grandparents Benjamin and Samantha Gash; aunt Faye Evans and niece Miranda R Lint.
Friends will be received Friday, July 25, 2014 from 6 to 8 pm in the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home, Inc., 334 Main St., Fayette City, PA. 724-326-5621,www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com. A Memorial
Service will take place at 8:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Eugene Spear officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family.
