Donna Jean Hamilton

Donna Jean Hamilton, age 89, of Fayette City, PA, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2020.  She was born February 26, 1930 to the late Alice (Todd) and Gilbert Hamilton and is predeceased by her sisters Sarah (Hamilton) Marshall and Agnes (Hamilton) Wozniak. Known fondly as "Aunty Jean" by her large, extended family, Donna Jean proudly counted 10 nieces and nephews, 17 great-nieces/nephews, and 20 great-great-nieces/nephews. 
 

Donna Jean worked most of her adult life at Fee's Pharmacy, in downtown Fayette City and she also babysat for various families including her own, throughout the years.  She loved duck pin bowling in her younger years and was an avid Pirates fan. She loved nothing more than dressing up in all of her team gear and going to see a game. She also loved reading and completing word searches, spending time with her best friends, Jan Booth, Jean Livingstone, Ethel May Maxen and Marsha Batovsky, going to church every Sunday, and to lunch and other outings.  

Donna Jean was laid to rest next to her parents, at Little Redstone Cemetery in Fayette City Pa, on Monday, February 3, 2020.
