Edward H Axton

Edward H Axton, 58 of Monessen, PA, PA, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021 at home surrounded by his family.

He was born July 27, 1963 in Washington, Pa son of Russell Axton  and Ruth Kent Axton .

He was a member of  First Christian Church, Fayette City and a 28 year member of the Southwestern Pa Skywarn Spotter Association.  He retired from Rygiel Excavating, Fayette City, Pa.

 He is survived  by his daughter Renee Watson; two sisters, Connie Misiewicz and husband Edward of Perryopolis, sister, Susan Sepesy of Donora, Pa., brother, William Axton and Linda of Perryopolis;sister-in-law, Rebecca S Thomas of Monessen and  5 Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Judy Holmes Axton on June 19, 2021 and an infant son.

Friends will be received Tuesday, November 23, 2021 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm in the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home, Fayette City, PA.www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at 11:00 am in the funeral home with Rev. Wayne Boring  officiating.

Interment will follow in the Monongahela Cemetery, Monongahela, PA.
