Edward Nipaver

Edward Nipaver, 86 of Irwin, PA, formerly of Allenport PA, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2013 at his residence.

He was born June 26, 1927 in Allenport, PA, son of the late Joseph Neupaver and the late Susan Suzrin Nuepaver. He was retired from General Motors, Fisher Body Plant and a member of the United Auto Workers Union. He was a US Army Veteran having served in Korea with the 41st Mil Gover HQ Co.

Edward was a avid sports fan and a member of the Western Pa Sports League. He attended 50 consecutive Pa State Football championship games.

He is survived by four daughters, Marlene Susan Kiser of Pleasant Hills, Doreen Elaine Vukovich of Greensburg, Kristine Marie Nipaver of White Oak and Kimberly Anne Nipaver of West Mifflin; sister, Helen Worrell of Ohio; four grandchildren, Johnette Falk, Nicolette Simqu, Jason Shipey and Julie Shipley; four great-grandchildren, Jordan Falk, Makayla Falk, Lilianna Simqu and soon to be born Baby Simqu.

He was preceded in death by two daughters, Eileen Lorraine Nipaver and Anita Charlene Nipaver; three brothers, Joseph Nuepaver, John Nipaver and Albert Neupaver.
