Gerald Arthur Schweikart

Gerald A. Schweikart, 76 of Fayette City, PA, passed away Saturday, October 14, 2023 in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. 

He was born May 25, 1947 in Colden, NY, son of Arthur Schweikart  and Dorothy Fitzner Schweikart.

 He was a retired steel worker having worked for Bethlehem, Wheeling Pittsburgh and Washington Steel.  He was Lutheran by faith.

He is survived  by his wife of 48 years, Mary Gallagher Schweikart, daughter Jenny Lee Lash and husband Joseph, son, Aaron Arthur Schweikart, two sisters, Patricia Eich and Donna Warren; four granddaughters, Katie Elizabeth Lash, Kelly Lash, Kaylie Sullivan and  Kristal Lash.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
