Helen B. (Uniejewski) Belczyk, 96 of Fairhope, Belle Vernon, PA, died peacefully in her home on Wednesday,, May 22, 2013 surrounded by her family.
She was born February 6, 1917 in Washington , PA, daughter of the late John Uniejewski and Maryanne Babacz Uniejewski. She was a member of Saint Joseph Polish National Church in Fairhope.
She is survived by her eight children; daughter, Priscilla Worhatch and hudband Peter of Donora,Pa., daughter, Cynthia Belczyk and friend Dave of Belle Vernon,Pa., son, John Belczyk and wife Yoko of Chicopee,MA., son, Stanley Belczyk and wife Mona of Belle Vernon, Pa., son, Eugene Belczyk and wife Carlyn of Monessen, Pa., son, Donald Belczyk and wife Beverly of Belle Vernon, Pa., son, Barry Belczyk and friend Molly of Lakewood Ranch,FL, son, Vincent Belczyk and wife Pamela of Belle Vernon,Pa., 17 Grandchildren and many great-grandchildren..
She was preceded in death by husband, Jack Belczyk in 2007 and granddaughter Jeanette in 2002.
Friends will be received Friday, May 24, 2013 from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 pm in the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home,Inc., 334 Main St., Fayette City, PA.724-326-5621,www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com. Blessing Service will be held Saturday, May 25, 2013 at 11:00 am in the funeral home with Rev. Fr. Felix Pyzowski officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery, Belle Vernon,Pa.
