Jessie Rae Blair, 89 of Belle Vernon, PA, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013 in Mon Valley Hospital, Carroll Twp., surrounded by her family.
She was born April 8, 1923 in Fayette City, PA, daughter of the late Daniel Gardner and Janet McLean Gardner.
She was a member of Fayette City United Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her son, Daniel Blair and wife Tess, and daughter, Debby Dubinsky and husband Richard all of Belle Vernon; four grandchildren, Todd Blair and wife Kristin, Ryan Blair and Alexandra Rapoport, Rayann Menges and husband Frank Allyson Lee and husband Jeff; six great-grandchildren, Alyssa & Alivia Blair, Cody & Casey Menges, Colton and Saylor Lee.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas R Blair, sister, Jean Dzyak and sister, Gladys Kovatch.
Friends will be received Tuesday, January 15, 2013 from 7- 9 pm in the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home,Inc. 334 Main St., Fayette City, PA.724-326-5621,www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 1:30 pm in the funeral home with Rev. Michael Shepard officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery, Belle Vernon, Pa.
