Larry C Miller, age 74, of Belle Vernon, PA, passed away at his home on Saturday, April 5, 2014.
He was born December 25, 1939 in Fayette City, PA, son of the late Ralph L Miller and the late Hannah Moody Miller of Fayette City,Pa. Larry was a veteran of the US Navy and was stationed on the USS Boxer in the Dominican Republic during the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962. before his marriage he was a volunteer firefighter for the Fayette City Volunteer Fire Company and a former Police Officer for the Washington Twp. Police Department.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Marianne Tegnelia Miller, son Paul Miller and wife Crystal, of Greensburg,Pa., daughter Joann Cenerosky and husband Dale, of Belle Vernon,Pa., and son John Miller and wife Melinda, of Donora,; four grandchildren, Jessica Cenerosky, Kristin Cenerosky,Logan Miller and Lauren miller, and five step grandchildren, Aaron Saunders,Nathan hewitt, Jacob Pack, Jesse Pack and Cheyenne Peck; brother Kyle Miller and wife, Jamie of Brownstown, Fayette City,Pa and sister Lili Reoli and husband Joseph of Finksburg, MD.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Ralph (Phyllis) Miller, of Chardon,OH and a sister Pamela (Robert) Lynch of Perryopolis,Pa.
A private service will be held for Larry at a later date. The Eley/McCrory Funeral Home, Inc., 334 Main St., Fayette City 724-326-5621,www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com handled the funeral arrangements.
