Millicent Alicia Sellers, 70, daughter of the late Weldon and Cora Lee Thrasher, was born on June 25, 1944 in Arnold City, PA. After being cared for at the Levine & Dickson Hospice House at Southminster in Charlotte, NC, for a short while, Millie left her earthly house to meet her heavenly father on Sunday, June 21, 2015. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Sam, her sister, Shirley and three brothers Richard, Melvin (Red), and Steve. She graduated from Belle Vernon High School in 1963 and was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She raised her family in Belle Vernon but over the last 7 years spent most of her time “down south” with her two daughters and their families. Millie leaves to cherish her memory two children: Richetrina (Kevin), and Jeanette, two step children: Robin and Travis, adopted son Dominic, three sisters Sylvia (James), Sonia, and Kathy, eight grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many very special friends. Antioch Baptist Church is the location for the viewing on Friday, June 26 from 4pm-8pm and the Funeral service on Saturday, June 27th at 11:00am. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Eley/McCrory Funeral Home, Inc., 334 Main St., Fayette City, Pa.
