Sharlene J Forsythe, 81 of Newell, PA, passed away Friday, December 30, 2016 in Mon Valley Hospital surrounded by her family.
She was born November 4, 1935 in Brownsville, PA, daughter of Richard Simpson and May Schar Simpson. Sharlene was Methodist by Faith.
She is survived by her loving son, David Forsythe of Newell, grandson, Brett Bowness, grandson, Tyler Domonkos and granddaughter, Courtney Domonkos.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David "Skip" Forsythe; two daughters, Claudia Bowness and Debra Domonkos.
Friends will be received Monday, January 2, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm in the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home,Inc., 334 Main St., Fayette City, PA. 724-326-5621,www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 10:00 am in the funeral home with Pastor Robert Rabenstein officiating. Interment will follow in the LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, PA.
