Eileen (Morgan) O'Toole

Eileen  O'Toole, 77 of Gillespie, Fayette City, PA, passed away Friday, May 18, 2018 at Jefferson Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

She was born August 20, 1940 in Uniontown, PA, daughter of Hugh E. (Bud) Morgan and Edith A. Sorli Morgan.

She was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church, Belle Vernon, Pa.  Eileen was a former member of Holy Spirit RC Church, Fayette City, prior to its closing.  She was Co-owner of O'Toole's Business Equipment in Monessen, Pa with her late husband John (Jack) O'Toole.

She is survived by her children; son, Daniel O'Toole and wife Jamie of Smithton, Pa.; four daughters, Donna Bernero and husband John of Falls Church, VA, Maureen O'Toole of New Stanton, Pa.,  Amy Jo Rapp and husband Tom of Monongahela, Pa., Susan Buza and husband Allan of Belle Vernon; nine grandchildren; Meaghan, Chloe, Jessica, Sara, Rebecca, Thomas, Shane, SaraAnn and Samantha; two great-grandchildren Addison and Asher; sister, Carole J McKinley of Newark, DE., sister, Diana L McDermott of Bear, DE.; brother and sister-in-law, Thomas O'Toole and wife Kathy of Bay City, MI. Eileen is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by  her parents and  her husband, John L (Jack) O'Toole on Sept 8, 2005.

Prayers of Transfer will be said Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 9:30 am in the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 am in teh St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church, Belle Vernon, Pa. with Rev. Fr. Francisco R. Gan, Jr as celebrant.  Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery, Belle Vernon, PA. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 2451 Crystal Dr, Suite 900, Arlington, VA. 22202
