Joseph Stevens, Jr.

Joseph  Stevens, Jr. 71  of Jefferson Twp., Fayette City, PA,  passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018 in Mon Valley Hospital.

He was born May 30, 1946 in Brownsville, PA, son of Joseph Stevens, Sr. and Christina Fedorchak

 Joe was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel, Allenport Plant.

He is survived by his wife, Joanne McQuillis Stevens; son, Wes Stevens and wife Michelle of Greensburg, Pa., daughter, Rachel Irwin and husband Steve of Campbellsburg, IN.;  four grandchildren  Seth and Abbe Stevens, Katie and Hunter Irwin.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Frank Stevens.

Friends will be received Saturday, March 17, 2018, 6 to 8  pm & Sunday, March 18, 2018 from  2 to 4 & 6 to 8  pm in the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home, Inc., 334 Main St., Fayette City, PA. 724-326-5621,www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com.   Funeral services will be held Monday, March 19, 2018 at 10:0 am in the funeral home with Rev. Robert Rabenstein officiating.

Interment will follow in the Little Redstone Methodist Cemetery, Fayette City, PA 15438.
