Constance Lee (Miller) Theakston

Constance Lee Theakston passed away peacefully at home on 29 February 2024, with her loving family by her side.
Born March 28, 1938, at 1PM to Charles and Marjorie Miller in West Brownsville Pa.   Constance lived her formative years in Fayette City, with her brother Charles Aland Miller along with her Grand Parents and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends nearby.
Family gatherings were very special to Connie, especially when she was able to have all her children together.  Connie had 5 Children that she loved dearly and was forever proud of each for their own special talents and contributions.  Bruce Theakston of Uniontown, Vicki Lynne Rygiel of New Eagle, Harry Theakston who preceded Connie in death, Stacy Morris and husband David of Arnold City and Scott Theakston and wife Kasi of Hampstead NC. Connie Lived her first 81 years in Fayette City but her remaining years she desired to be closer to the beach and resided in Hampstead NC with Son Scott and wife Kasi.  Connie had 6 Grand Children, Dr. Jamie Lynne Rygiel, Jeremy Theakston who preceded Connie in death, Amber Kibe, Cody Nichols, Rebekah Callihan, Bruce Theakston Jr. and 5 Great Children, Kaleigh Kibe, Gianna Theakston, Zylee Nichols, Brynley Nichols, and Keslynn Bradburn
Connie was preceded in death by her Parents Charles in 1987, Marjorie in 2002, Son Harry in 2003 and Grandson Jeremy in 2018.
Connie was strong-willed, meticulous and had an enormous heart and contagious sense of humor. She was generous, loyal, and brave. She was clever, creative, and full to the brim with knowledge gained through all her life experiences. Connie was a member of the First Christian Church of Fayette City Pa.
She will be remembered for her unwavering Faith and her unconditional love for her family and friends.  She loved crafts and enjoyed sharing them with her family and friends; she carried herself with dignity, strength, and full of love for those who went before her. She will be missed dearly.
Service will be conducted for the family and friends at Eley-McCrory Funeral home on 07 March 2024 @ 1100 and officiated by Rev. Wayne Boring
Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery, Belle Vernon Pa
