Judith L. Portman , 80  Waynesburg, PA, passed away, Wednesday, January 4, 2024 in WVU Ruby Medical Center.

She was born June 24, 1943 in Charleroi, PA,  of James Pendo  and Edna Bloom Pendo.

She is survived by her daughter, Alice Newman and husband Greg, son, Merle Farquhar and wife Carol, son, Christopher Portman, brother, James Pendo, brother, Frank Pendo, brother, George Koval, sister, Diana Eisel.  She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Daviv R Portman in 1992, daughter, Margaret Hillman, sister, Donna Brandt, Patricia Koval and brother Kevin Koval.
