Mary Ann Carlson

Mary  Ann Carlson, 82 of Fayette City, PA, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 14, 2018 in Havencrest Nursing Center.

She was born July 18, 1936 in Fayette City, PA, daughter of John Puskas  and Anna Yakim Puskas.

Mary Ann was a member of Fayette City First Presbyterian Church where she served as Clerk of Session for many years and was retired from the United Steel Workers Union # 1187 after 41 years of service as their Secretary.

She is survived  by her sister-in-law, Judy Package and husband Bill of Fayette City; cousin, Darryl G Portman and wife Denise of Fayette City, cousin, Lynn Baron and husband John and their family of Belle Vernon, cousin Joyce Stanish and husband Frank of Belle Vernon, cousin, Chuck Keznor and wife Helene of Lancaster, Pa.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clifford "Chippy" Carlson; beloved son, Russell Carlson, sister-in-law, Yvonne Premoshis and her husband Robert and cousin, Richard Portman.

Friends will be received Tuesday, October 16, 2018 from 5 to 8 pm in the Eley-McCrory Funeral Home,Inc., 334 Main St. Fayette City, PA. www.eleymccroryfuneralhome.com  Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, October 17 at   10 am in the funeral home.  Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery, Belle Vernon, PA.
